1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel, please visit the “My Orders” section on our website or contact our support team immediately at [Insert Email/WhatsApp].
  • After Shipment: Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner (status: “Dispatched” or “Shipped”), it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may choose to refuse the delivery or follow our Returns & Exchange Policy once the item arrives.
  • Refunds on Cancellation: For prepaid orders cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

2. Brand-Initiated Cancellations

While we strive to fulfill every order, Limehat reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • Stock Unavailability: In rare cases where a product fails our final quality check or is out of stock, we may have to cancel the order.
  • Incomplete Address: If the provided shipping address is incomplete or incorrect and we are unable to reach you for verification.
  • Technical Errors: If there is a clear pricing error or a technical glitch on the website at the time of purchase.
  • Fraud Prevention: If our system flags an order as potentially fraudulent or unauthorized.

In all brand-initiated cancellations, prepaid customers will receive a 100% full refund automatically.

3. Special Conditions

  • Limited Drops: For “Exclusive Drops” or “Limited Edition” items, cancellations may only be allowed within 1 hour of placing the order due to high demand and rapid processing.
  • Bulk Orders: Orders containing more than 5 units of the same item may be subject to a manual verification call. Cancellations for bulk orders after verification may incur a nominal processing fee if specialized packaging has already been prepared.
