Refund and Returns Policy

We stand by the quality of our streetwear. However, if you aren’t 100% satisfied, here is how we can help:

  • Return Window: We offer a 7-day return/exchange policy from the date of delivery.
  • Eligibility Criteria: * Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
    • All original Limehat tags, packaging, and branding must be intact.
    • Any freebies or accessories included with the product must also be returned.
  • Exchange Process: If you have a sizing issue, we offer a one-time free exchange (subject to stock availability).
  • Refund Policy: * Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the return.
    • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be provided as Store Credit or via Bank Transfer after verification.
  • Damaged Goods: If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.
